4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on the complexity of your tax situation and will be communicated before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of tax preparation, prior to filing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic transfers.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. All documents are transmitted and stored using bank-level encryption. We comply with IRS security requirements for tax preparers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Team Green Taxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Secure Document Upload

We provide secure document upload through our encrypted portal. For document submission:

• All documents are encrypted during transmission and storage
